Harvest: Grapes are lovingly gathered by hand in theenchanting days of mid-September
Winemaking: Crafted through time-honoured white winemaking traditions, featuring gentle pressing. The initial fermentation unfolds in steel vats at a cool(15 -17C) (59 -62.6F) for 10-12 days, followed by a second fermentation in autoclaves lasting 60 days.
Tasting notes: A captivating straw yellow adorned withgreen tints and a fine perlage. It reveals elegant aromasof white flowers, gracefully complemented by a delicatedry note that harmonizes splendidly with a gentle initialsweetness.
