a magnificent pink dry wine: very touchy, refreshing, fruity, creating a summer mood. Organoleptic qualities of wine were appreciated at the international competition “Sommelier Wine Awards, 2015”, where the wine received a gold medal and a special trophy. “Principipato” Pinot Grigio Blas is made by the winemaker Anselmo Martin in the old Venetian method, in which white wine produces a rose wine. To do this, with vinification cold maceration with grape skin is used in the complete absence of air. It helps not only to extract copper-pink color from the grape skin, but also to increase the extraction of flavor.
