Description
This pale gold shaded Champagne has a nicely intense and complex nose of barley sugar, roasted almond and dried pear/apple fruit – all nicely integrated. It is light to mid-weight nicely firm and tense on the palate – drier than most thanks to its Brut Nature (zero dosage) designation. Great acid drive, with the nutty, lemony finish hitting excellent length.
