Try the Classique White as an apritif with salmon cream toasts or simply dry nuts. Excellent with grilled fish and also white meat. Perfect with goat and sheep fresh cheese.
Blend: 50% Bourboulenc, 30% Grenache, 10% Roussanne, and 10% Marsanne.
