The grapes were harvested and blended from threee wineyards in the Napa Valley, one of the world’s most prestigious grape growing appellations. Our Castle Rock Reserve Caberne Sauvignon is a deliciously full wine loaded with nuance and flavor. It is a deeo garnet in color, and has aromas of blackberries, cherry, and cassis. On the palate it has supple tannins and flavors of ripe plum and dark fruit finishing with a hint of cedar. It make an excellent accompaniment to beef, lamb, venison, and most cheeses.
