Find pride in your light beer. Follow our smoke signals. We were excited to score some killer new hops this year, and so we now showcase hand-selected Strata hops from Oregon, paired with some limey Wai-Iti hops, in this single run of 2021 Billows, our champagne of beer. Drift into loaves of freshly toasted sourdough cloaked in clouds of lime zest resting in pools of lemon ice.
