Featuring rich dark fruits with notes of black cherry, blueberry and spice, this full bodied Cabernet showcases complex tannins and nishes with savory pepper spice and black currant from the Petit Verdot. Pairs extremely well with all red meats and game. Our favorite pairing is a blue-cheese encrusted bacon-wrapped let mignon.
