This Rabarber is the result of a six-month barrel maceration of local rhubarb, of which a small part was sourced with a Halle resident but most comes from De Groentelaar, one of our cereal farmers (and also specialized in organic vegetables, fruits, and rhubarb).
We used two different lambikken from two different barrels, equally split between a young lambik for macerating and a two-year old lambik for blending. The final fruit intensity is 328 grams of rhubarb per litre of Rabarber. 100% 3 Fonteinen
