The Carpen-Malvolti Prosecco Superiore, produced and bottled exclusively in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Area, is the result of the union of this Territory – for centuries dedicated to viticulture – and the oenological knowledge of the Founder Antonio Carpen, who improved the sparkling wine process.

Sensorial Notes
Colour: Pale straw yellow colour with a creamy and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Rich in fruity, floral and vegetable fragrances that remind ofthe freshly picked grapes.
Taste: Round and persistent with a fresh hint of acidity.
Residual Sugar: 15-16 g/l – ExtraDry
Serving Suggestion:Serve in glasses for Sparkling Wine at a recommended temperature of 6 – 8 C.
Suggested Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with light Mediterranean dishes.
