The Carpen-Malvolti Rive of San Pietro di Barbozza is a Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. obtained from pure Glera grapes coming from a singlevineyard located in the steep hills of San Pietro di Barbozza under the municipality of Valdobbiadene. The grapes, after being harvested by hand, are processed to give rise to this high hill Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. capable of enclosing in its bubbles the essence of the Territory.

Quality Aromatic Sparkling Wine
Grape Variety : Glera (100%) coming from a single vineyard, located on the steep hills of San Pietro di Barbozza in the municipality of Valdobbiadene, within the D.O.C.G. Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, at an altitude of 300/350 meters a.s.l. such as to require the adoption of a heroic viticulture entirely handmade.

Sensorial Notes
Colour: Light straw yellow colour, with a fine and presistant perlage
Bouquet: Rich in fruity, floral, mineral and balsamic notes.
Taste: Fine body, well balanced, fresh and pleasantly sapid taste.
Residual Sugar: 8-9 g/l – Brut
Serving Suggestion : Serve in glasses for Sparkling Wine at a recommended temperature of 6 – 8 C.
Suggested Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif or to be paired with fish and vegetableappetizers, crudits and first courses of land and sea.
