Conegliano Valdobbiadene . Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. – Brut
The1924 Prosecco is a special cuve dedicated to the Founder Antonio Carpen, to whom is ascribed the study and experimentation of the Prosecco sparkling wine process. A vintage reproduction of the first Prosecco label commercialized by the Winery in 1924, this Prosecco Superiore is obtained from Glera grapes (90%) and other historical vines of the Territory (10%).

Grape Variety :Glera white grape (90%) and other historical vines of the Territory(10%) cultivated on the hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area.
Sparkling Process: Charmat Method
Sensorial Notes:
Colour: Bright straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage
Colour: Intense aromas of unripe fruit, white flowers and fresh vegetal scents.
Taste: On the palate, it expresses its decisive character with fresh and slightly bitter notes of almond.
Residual Sugar : 8-9 g/l – Brut
Serving Suggestion : Serve in glasses for Sparkling Wine at a recommended temperature of 6 – 8 C.
Suggested Pairings : Ideal for special occasions. Excellent with refined dishes based on fish or white meats.
